We maintain and irrigate over two dozen medians in Century City. These medians are located on Santa Monica Boulevard between Moreno and Century Park West and on Avenue of the Stars between Santa Monica and Pico Boulevards. We also maintain the Cloverleafs on Olympic leading to and from Avenue of the Stars as well as the green space on Century Park West between Solar Way and Santa Monica Boulevard.

We contract with Sperber for landscaping and irrigation services and have a team in Century City five days a week removing weeds, trimming, fixing irrigation and ensuring our green spaces are beautiful.

We are fortunate two have two beautiful, iconic fountains on Avenue of the Stars. Our oval fountain is located just south of Constellation across from 2000 Avenue of the Stars and the Fairmont Hotel. Our rectangle Fountain is located north of Pico and South of Olympic Boulevards. We have upgraded both fountains so the electric systems are up to code, all lights are LED and the motors are modern.

We contract with Addison Pools to maintain these fountains.

We trim all the trees on the landscaped spaces in Century City that the CCBID maintains.

We contract with Property Prep to sweep all the gutters within the boundaries of the CCBID. Property Prep sweeps twice a week focusing on difference blocks each shift.

Street Sweeping is a service that the City of Los Angeles no longer provides.
