The building has reached its maximum height.  
The exterior curtain wall is anticipated to be completed by end of April 2025 which will allow full visibility of the tower exterior.

Towards the middle of 2025, the infrastructure of the new retail and amenity spaces should become visible on the east and south side of the tower. 

Soft opening is still scheduled for end of Q12026.

Leasing includes CAA, Clearlake Financial and Sidley Austin Law firm.

The owners are updating this hotel and plan to launch a new, upscale hotel property in 2026.

The Bridge at AOS is now open.  1800 Avenue of the Stars is complete.  1900 Avenue of the Stars interior work is complete. Deluca’s at 1800 is open for breakfast, lunch and catering.  Deluca’s coffee bar at 1900 is open for business. 

Annex building demo/east plaza completion is scheduled for March 2025.  

 City approval is still pending to redo the sidewalk around the property and to add a loading zone cut out in front of 1900.  

The Fairmont Century Plaza Residences are on the top floors of the hotel and contain 63 condo units with living areas ranging from 1,000 to 3,800 square feet.  These are complete, some are sold and the rest are for sale or for rent with a minimum of a one year least. 

The Tower Residences, the North Tower (211 Elm Court) opened in July 2022 and contains 143 residential units.  Unit sizes range from 1,000 to 11,000 square feet.  Some are sold and the remainder are for sale.
