Long the star of L.A.’s professional and creative firms, the business district is receiving major upgrades including a new, LEED-certified office tower and a link in the city’s ongoing transit improvements.

The Century City/Constellation station box will be located under Constellation Bl between Century Park East and Solar Way (between Avenue for the Stars and Century Park West), with a station entrance at the northeast corner of Constellation Bl and Avenue of the Stars.

Now rising at the northeast corner of Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Boulevard, the new 37-story building will feature approximately 730,000 square feet of offices on a site abutting the under-construction Century City Metro station.
